To make a reservation with FV Flats you just have to press the reservation button and select the dates of your stay.

You can check the prices based on the number of people. Select the rate that best suits your needs (Standard, Flexible, Non-refundable…)

Do you want to add something extra? (Crib, parking space…). You can do it now!

Click “Next” and you will see a summary of your reservation. You can add more apartments to the reservation if you wish. Remember to add your discount coupon!

Press “Book now” and follow the steps of the secure payment gateway to complete the confirmation of your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with all the information and instructions for your arrival.

Yes, utilities and VAT are included in the price.

For reservations over 30 days, the cost of water consumption, electricity and gas are included in the price of the reservation to a maximum of:

  • -100€ / month for 1 bedroom apartments;
  • -150€ / month for 3 bedroom apartments;

These amounts are calculated based on responsible uses. The excess amount will be charged to the customer, upon proof of invoices.

There is no security deposit, but we do require a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. If at the check out there is any damage to the apartment the reparations or replacements will be charged to the card number that was provided at registration.
Any unforeseen came up? Contact us to modify or cancel your reservation. We will explain the possible solutions according to the cancellation policy of the rate you selected to make your reservation.

In this case, please call immediately FV Flats to help you as soon as possible.

Our commitment is to make you feel at home during your stance. We will try to fix and replace broken items as soon as possible while we evaluate whether or not you should pay any damage.

The check-in is guaranteed from 16:00h. If you arrive before 16:00h

let us know in advance and we will try to arrange your early check in. Arrivals after 22:00h have 30€ surcharge. Check-in will not be done later than 01:00h. If you arrive after 01:00 h, let us know in advance and we will try to arrange your late check in.

Departure is at 12:00h. If you need to check out later, please let us know at the time of check-in and we will do everything possible to satisfy your late check out demand depending on availability

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with details about your estimated time of arrival before the day of entry, and we would also ask you to call us the day of your arrival 30 minutes in advance to confirm the check in time. You will be met directly by a team member of FV Flats at the entrance of the apartment to get the keys and show you the apartment.

We ask you to access the Online Check-in before your arrival to complete it and save time at your reception. You will receive all the instructions by email when you make your reservation and also a reminder the day before your arrival to Valencia.

Yes, tap water in Valencia is clean and safe throughout the city.
During business hours you can call the contact number and we will attend you. In an emergency, outside office hours, customers can call the emergency number that will be provided at the time of check-in.
For the equipment and appliances included in the apartment you will not need European power adapters. To use other not compatible devices as electric razors, hair irons, etc. You need an adapter.

Yes. Pets are allowed. You must inform FV Flats when booking.

It will be required to the pet owner to be responsible for any damage caused and the pet should not cause any nuisance to the neighborhood during your stay.

Yes, smoking is allowed inside your apartment, but not in common areas such as landing, elevator, parking or stairs.

If you need a baby cot, tell us as soon as possible and we will provide a travel crib in your apartment.

The price is 15 € per service. We can also offer a highchair for your stay (5€ per service).

If you want a garage during your stay, tell us as soon as possible to check availability.

The price is 10 € per car per night.

Yes, bedclothes and bath towels are included with the apartment.
